Rebranding Bonne Maman meant knowing what not to change. It’s a brand people already trust, it's comforting, familiar, and quietly iconic. So removing its name or heritage would take away what makes it meaningful. Instead, this project focuses on updating the visual system to better live in a modern retail environment while preserving its emotional core.
The redesign leans into a sense of home, it's natural, nostalgic, and warm, while introducing a cleaner, more contemporary structure across both the tuck-boxes and POP display. The logo is refined rather than replaced, allowing it to feel current without losing recognition. Typography, color, and layout balance tradition with freshness, creating a system that feels authentic but updated.
